Zudem war es extrem schwierig die große Reisgruppe von fast dreissig Personen zusammenzuhalten, was zu weiteren Zeitverzögerungen führte. Letztendlich gelang es unserem Guide trotzdem alle Ziele zu absolvieren, lediglich die Essenspause kam etwas zu kurz, sonst wäre der Eintritt in Acco nicht mehr möglich gewesen. Ich möchte mich bei unserem Guide sehr herzlich bedanken der trotz aller Wiedrigkeiten immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Ich wünsche ihm alles Gute und weiterhin viel Freude mit uns Touris.”

“Der Trip zum Toten Meer war insgesamt durchwachsen. Am Ziel angekommen wurde alles das geboten, was im Angebot beschrieben war. Die Strandutensilien wirkten jedoch herunter gekommen und ungepflegt. Am meisten geärgert hat mich die Rückreise nach Tel Aviv über Jerusalem. In Jerusalem wurde die 19 Tourteilnehmer von einem geräumigen Reisebus umverfrachtet in einen Mini-Bus, der bis auf den letzten Platz besetzt war, unbequem, eng und im Grunde genommen kein Stauraum für Taschen, Rucksäcke usw. Alle Passagiere mussten ihr Gepäck auf den Schoß nehmen. Dies war im Angebot nicht erwähnt und somit entsprach die gebuchte und bezahlte Dienstleistung nicht den Tatsachen. Einige Gäste klagten anschließ...”

“Cruise ship had canceled port the day before and I lost money because I was not able to cancel at sea. 2 people lost a lot of money. I contacted the tour operator who would refund the money, but unfortunately I never received the money back. Cruise schip had de dag ervoor haven gecanceld en ben geld verloren doordat ik niet in de mogelijkheid was om op zee te annuleren. 2 personen volle pot geld kwijt. Heb contact gehad met touroperator die geld zou terugstorten maar spijtig genoeg nooit geld terug”

“The tour got cancelled and they never informed us. We went to Haifa specially to do this tour as it was not starting on any other city on that day, and when we got to the meeting point no one was there. We had to call the company and they kept us waiting so long to tell us they had cancelled it. I still haven't received my money back.”
