“Eri-san was an amazing tour guide and showed us all the must-see sights in Nara. :) She was very knowledgeable about the religious customs of Japan, and we learned a lot about how Japanese culture and history influenced its religious traditions. She also showed us a few shops with artisan goods, such as knives and traditional Nara sweets (persimmon cakes!). Lunch was also filling, and the restaurant was super accommodating for the member of our group who is allergic to fish. At the end of the tour, our guide also recommended to us a traditional place to get mochi, as well as her favorite kakigori shop. But the best part…”
